
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
GUIDELINES
Presentation Language
English is the official language of the congress for all presentations and abstract submissions.
Abstract Preparation
- Abstracts must not exceed 250 words.
- The abstract should be written in English.
- The title should be concise and informative.
- The names of all authors, their institutional affiliations (including city and country), and the presenting author should be clearly indicated.
- The corresponding author should be identified with an e-mail address.
Abstract Structure
Research abstracts should include the following sections:
- Purpose
- Materials and Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
Case reports or case series should include:
- Objective
- Case Report(s)
- Conclusion
Keywords
Please provide 3 to 5 keywords immediately after the abstract.
Formatting Requirements
- The abstract must not exceed 250 words.
- Do not include references, tables, figures, or abbreviations unless absolutely necessary.
- Use standard scientific terminology.
- Abstracts should clearly present original work and sufficient information for scientific evaluation.
Author Information
Please include:
- Full title of the abstract
- Full names of all authors
- Institutional affiliations (City, Country)
- Presenting author
- Corresponding author's e-mail address
Important Notes
- Only abstracts are required for the initial submission.
- Full-text manuscripts are NOT required for the congress submission.
- Accepted abstracts will be included in the congress abstract proceedings.
- The Scientific Committee reserves the right to determine the presentation format (oral or poster).
Abstract submission deadline is 31 December 2026.
